Cancellation Policy
At Blue Haven, we value your time and appreciate your business. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we ask that you respect our cancellation and timeliness policy.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Same-Day Cancellations:
Appointments canceled on the same day as the scheduled service will be charged 50% of the service fee. While we understand that unexpected events happen, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid charges.
Late Arrivals:
Most of our appointments are booked back-to-back to ensure timely service for all clients. Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and applicable fees may still apply.
